$30 million dollar caper. Many familiar 70’s faces.
Alyas Batman and Robin (1993) -
Phillipines rip-off of Batman and Robin, set mainly to surf music from
the 60's remaking classic songs! For instance, The Beach Boys' "Surfin'
Safari" now has lyrics like "Oh my God, Batman and Robin, praise the
Lord, Batman and Robin..." and it all comes down to a climax with
singing and dancing by the cast in superhero costumes (Marvel and DC
comics) including a midget Spider-Man, that has to be seen to be

At Long Last Love (1975)
- The classic Burt Reynolds/Cybil Shepard flop vehicle that almost
killed the musical genre (thank goodness for "Grease"). The most
curious thing about this film is that director Peter Bogdanovich, for
some odd reason, filmed the musical sequences live as the cameras
rolled, the first time this was done since the 1930's. And given that
the cast weren't exactly known for their singing abilities makes that
an even more curious decision. Peter later took out newspaper ads
apologizing for the film. It all adds up to cinema curiosity history!

of the "Psycho" legend, this TV-movie concentrates on strange things
that are happening in the title!

people out back then.

karate lessons and seek out revenge on their attackers! Very rare and
much sought-after classic sleaze.

Very rare shot-on-video classic. Kind of a "jive-talking" version of
the doll episode from the movie "Trilogy of Terror," with a black doll

Cave-In! (1983) - One of the last great disaster TV-movies! Irwin Allen made this in 1979, but it wasn't aired until 1983. There's a cave-in - can the people get out without killing each other first?
